Anson Automation Book a call

Know which AI belongs in your business — and which doesn't.

A short written plan for small businesses. One Zoom call, one document, one walkthrough — $1,000 fixed fee. We sort through the AI stack and hand you what fits your business, with a clear case for each pick. No retainers, no decks, no AI that just sits there.

New practice — first growth plans available at intro pricing in exchange for a short written testimonial.
01  ·  The plan

What you actually get.

One call, one written plan, one walkthrough. The deliverable is a short document a non-technical owner can read in fifteen minutes — with a clear case for every tool we recommend and the ones we'd skip.

01

Discovery call

30–45 min  ·  Zoom

We talk through your day-to-day, the tools you already use, and what's eating your time. You do most of the talking. No preparation required.

02

Written growth plan

Written  ·  Delivered live

A short list of AI tools that fit your business — could be one tool, could be six. Each entry includes setup complexity, monthly cost, and a clear reason it earned a spot. Tools we don't think belong in your business don't make the list.

03

Quick-win install guide

Self-serve  ·  Step-by-step

The subset of recommendations you can install yourself, with step-by-step instructions. No developer required.

04

Walkthrough

30 min  ·  Screen-share

A follow-up call to walk through the plan, answer every question, and hand you the roadmap. No pitch at the end. You decide what happens next.

02  ·  Process

From first call to clear answer.

The engagement is two calls with a written plan in between. You end it with a roadmap you can execute yourself, or hire me to install as a separate fixed-fee project.

  1. Step 01

    Book

Pick a slot on the calendar. Zero prep.

  2. Step 02

    Discovery call

30–45 min on Zoom. You talk, I listen.

  3. Step 03

    Plan delivered

Written growth plan hits your inbox.

  4. Step 04

    Walkthrough

    Follow-up call. Every question answered.

03  ·  Pricing

Two prices. Nothing else.

The growth plan is a fixed fee. Implementation work, if you want any, is scoped and quoted afterward — never bundled. No packages, retainers, or minimum terms.

07  ·  FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things owners ask most often before booking. If yours isn't here, email.

What if I'm not technical?
Most owners I work with aren't. The quick-win install guide is written for non-technical operators, step by step. If something needs real development work, that becomes a scoped implementation — not a surprise bill.
How many tools will I actually end up with?
Depends on your business. Some owners walk away with one tool that handles everything. Others get a list of five or six. The only rule is that each one has to earn its spot — no list padding.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
Consultants sell you time, usually a lot of it, billed monthly. This is a fixed-fee product with a written deliverable. One plan, one walkthrough. If you never email me again after the walkthrough, the engagement worked exactly as designed.
Is there really no pitch at the end?
Correct. The walkthrough ends when your questions end. If you want to hire me to build something afterward, you'll raise it. That keeps the plan honest: I'm not recommending tools because they'd also become an implementation project.
Which businesses are a fit?
Owner-operated small businesses, roughly five to fifty employees. Real estate brokerages, home services, dental practices, med spas, law firms, wedding venues, pool service, accounting firms. Anyone where the owner still answers the phone occasionally.
What's intro pricing?
New practice, building the shelf. The first handful of clients get a reduced rate (or no cost) on the growth plan, in exchange for an honest written testimonial once the walkthrough wraps. After that, pricing returns to standard.
I'm tired of AI tools that just sit there. How is this different?
Most AI tools get bought, logged into twice, and abandoned. The growth plan filters against that directly: every tool on the list has to have a clear path to either making you money or saving you time. If a tool can't make that case — no matter how impressive the demo — it doesn't go on the list.
